Pin-Jung joined the group as a postdoc in January 2022 after finishing her PhD in ETH Zurich. There, she participated in the nEDM experiment located at the Paul Scherrer Institute, which aims to search for a permanent electric dipole moment of the neutron. She also dedicated to searching for axionlike particles using the same apparatus. Now, she focuses on the GERDA/LEGEND experiments. She is broadly interested in understanding the fundamental symmetries, interactions, and particle properties, with special interests in dark matter and beyond standard model physics. Beside physics, she enjoys hiking, swimming, reading, and watching live performances (orchestra/opera/ballet).
