I completed my bachelor’s studies at the University of Liverpool and my master’s studies at the University of Sussex in the UK. I have been a member of the LHCb experiment since October 2014. In October 2018, I completed my doctoral studies at the University of Warwick with a dissertation on “Search for CP violation in charmless three-body decays of strange-beauty baryons”. The following January, I joined the University of Zurich as a postdoctoral research associate.
My research interests primarily lie in conducting indirect searches for new physics through precision measurements of physical observables related to B physics, which probe high energy scales that are otherwise directly inaccessible to the collider experiments. At Zurich, I am interested in testing the validity of lepton flavour universality within the Standard Model via studies of semi-leptonic b-baryon decays. My interests also lie in probing the decay dynamics of the semi-leptonic and charmless decays of B hadrons, which are potentially sensitive to new physics contributions.
